Who can join

This community is for people 16 and older who are interested in our games, products and the conversations around them. Members from around the world are welcome. Use an email address you can access and verify it before participating. New members’ first three posts require approval before they appear publicly.

Criticism is welcome

You can criticize our games, decisions and work. Tell us what did not work for you, disagree with us, or explain what you would like to see change. You do not have to agree with the studio or other members. Keep disagreement about the subject: harassment, threats, hateful attacks, slurs and targeted personal abuse are not acceptable.

Language and mature content

Ordinary swearing is allowed, as are discussion and screenshots of violence in games. Pornography, sexual solicitation and real-world gore are not allowed. These boundaries apply to posts, profiles, images, links and messages. Private messages follow the same conduct rules.

Stay on topic

Keep posts relevant to the thread and the section you are using. Use the Off-topic forum for ordinary conversation that does not fit elsewhere. If a discussion changes direction, start an appropriate new thread rather than taking over the existing one.

Sharing your work

You are welcome to share your own projects in the Member projects forum. Describe your connection to what you are sharing. Do not repeatedly post the same promotion, fill unrelated discussions with advertisements, or send unsolicited promotional private messages. Ask a moderator if you are unsure where something belongs.

Spoilers

Warn people before revealing important story details and use spoiler formatting where appropriate. Keep spoilers out of thread titles, previews and other places people will see without choosing to open them.

Protect other people and their work

Do not publish someone else’s private information, impersonate another person, scam members, distribute malware, or share material you do not have permission to distribute. Do not use alternate accounts to evade restrictions. Report a problem instead of encouraging others to pile on.

How moderation works

For ordinary problems, we will generally explain the issue and give a warning or ask for a correction. Repeated problems can lead to content removal, shoutbox mutes, account restrictions or a ban. Serious abuse can result in immediate restrictions without a prior warning. We aim to explain the reason for a decision while respecting other people’s privacy and any ongoing investigation. Criticism of the studio is subject to the same conduct rules as other discussions.

Reports and appeals

Use the report tools or email support@mildtoyswreckfun.com when something needs attention. If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, email that address with your username, the decision and the context you want considered. We will review it and explain the outcome. Keep other people’s personal information out of any public discussion of a dispute.

Changes to the rules

We will announce material changes in the community and show the effective date on this page.
