Privacy notice
Effective October 26, 2026
Who runs this website
MILD TOYS WRECK FUN LLC is based in Florida, United States. We run this website and community for people interested in our games and products. This notice covers the website and community. Individual games, applications and outside stores may have separate privacy notices. Contact support@mildtoyswreckfun.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
An account requires a username, an email address you can access, and a password. We store passwords as hashes rather than readable passwords. We also store the information you choose to provide through profile fields, posts, uploads, private messages, reports and support correspondence. We keep account preferences, discussion activity needed for features such as unread posts, and records needed to protect and operate the service.
What we use it for
We use your email to verify your account, help you regain access, and send account notices. We use other information to provide community features, answer requests, investigate abuse and keep the site working. Optional community email notifications are off by default; you can change them in your account preferences. We do not sell or rent personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or run behavioral advertising trackers on this website.
Who can create an account
Community accounts are for people 16 and older. Registration checks eligibility without storing your age or date of birth. A temporary cookie records whether you meet the requirement. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 16, contact support@mildtoyswreckfun.com so we can review it and handle the associated information.
What other people can see
Your account email is not displayed on your public profile. Your username, public profile information and posts in public forums are visible to visitors and may appear in search engines. Optional profile fields have visibility controls. Other people may quote or save public material. Avoid putting information in a public post that you want to keep private.
Private conversations
Only conversation participants can open their private conversations through the website. Reporting a message shares that message and the report with administrators, rather than opening the entire conversation to them. Messages are stored on our server and are not end-to-end encrypted. Access to stored information is limited to legitimate support, security, moderation or legal needs.
Cookies and security records
Cookies support sign-in, two-factor sign-in, request security, age eligibility and theme preferences. A short-lived cookie helps avoid counting repeated views of the same topic as separate visits. Network addresses are processed to deliver requests and prevent abuse. Rate limits use a protected identifier rather than saving a readable address in the rate-limit table. Operational and moderation records help us diagnose problems and investigate abuse. We do not use these records to build advertising profiles.
Email and other services
The website and community database are hosted in the United States. Resend processes email addresses, message contents and delivery information to send and receive studio mail. Email open and click tracking are disabled for our connected domain. Our studio inbox keeps its own copy of correspondence. Resend currently states that email and log data on its free plan are retained for 30 days; its service records and backups follow its own documented practices. We may also disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation or protect people and the service.
Outside links and media
Links to stores, external images and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Community posts can include YouTube or Vimeo players; those players load only when you choose to play the video. The provider then receives information needed to load its content, including your network address, and may use its own cookies. Changes to the outside services or analytics we use will be reflected in this notice.
How long we keep information
Active accounts and public discussions remain until an account is closed or content is removed. Unverified registrations expire after 30 days. Shoutbox messages are removed after 30 days. Routine security audit records are removed after 90 days. Resolved moderation reports are normally removed 90 days after resolution. Automated account-email copies in our delivery queue are removed seven days after successful sending.
Support correspondence and backups
Resolved studio correspondence is removed 12 months after it is marked resolved. Backup copies on the studio server are kept for up to 30 days; scheduled backup copies may expire sooner. Cleanup runs regularly, so removal can take a short processing interval after a period ends. Specific information needed for an unresolved dispute, serious abuse investigation or legal obligation may be retained separately for that purpose. We review those exceptions and release them when the need ends.
Deleting an account
You can request account deletion through your account’s privacy controls or by emailing support@mildtoyswreckfun.com. After verifying the request, we remove account details, credentials, profile information and drafts, and end account access. Public posts stay under “Deleted member” so discussions remain readable. Private messages remain available to their other participants under that name. A conversation is removed once every participant has left, unless an active report or specific retention hold requires it.
Personal information inside contributions
Changing the author label does not remove personal information written into a post, quotation, edit history, message or upload. Please identify the material you want reviewed so we can remove the information where appropriate or explain any specific reason it needs to remain. Other people’s independent copies are outside our direct control. Backup copies expire under the schedule above; we keep a minimal record of completed account deletions so recovery does not reinstate those accounts, and review other completed removals before a recovered site is reopened.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, manage notification preferences, export account information and submit a private privacy request through your account controls. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact support@mildtoyswreckfun.com to exercise those rights. We verify ownership without routinely requesting identity documents.
How we respond
We acknowledge privacy requests within 14 days and aim to complete them within 30 days. If an extension is necessary, we explain why and give an updated timeframe. Applicable legal deadlines take precedence, including any shorter deadline. We explain any information we need to retain and the reason. You can contact us again if you believe we misunderstood your request.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change and show the effective date here. We will provide a prominent site notice, and account email where appropriate, before a material change takes effect.
